Division One
We have a boat.
It is a good boat. It runs most of the time. Our maritime division represents the culmination of one purchase decision made in 2019 that we have never fully justified.
Division Two
We have several hoes.
Garden hoes. Implements of agriculture. Our tillage portfolio is deeper than our maritime portfolio and, frankly, better maintained.
Our executive team brings together decades of adjacent, unrelated experience.

Our founders met in a shared bedroom and have not looked back. He oversees the maritime division because he was the one who bought the boat.

Should that change, we will be looking for candidates who are comfortable working across both divisions, which is a sentence we enjoyed writing very much.
